During our lives, we often experience emotional pain and adversity that leaves us feeling hopeless, powerless, or directionless. We might feel we are broken and need to be ‘fixed’. Therapy provides a path towards understanding ourselves more and increasing skills that can help us feel more able to handle difficult experiences and find growth. It helps us realize that we can find peace in the parts of life we do not like so that the parts that we love can shine. It is about finding acceptance in the uncomfortable times, and in being and becoming more of our unique selves.es here

Are you struggling to help your child manage intense outbursts or adjust to significant life changes? Or perhaps you feel overwhelmed by your own stress and worries as a parent? As a marriage and family therapist with experience working with children facing developmental and emotional challenges, I provide compassionate, personalized support for children as young as 5 and their families. I also work regularly with couples, helping them navigate difficult conversations and improve communication so they can strengthen their relationships and better support their family as a team.

Life is full of unexpected moments that can bring up a wide range of emotions, sometimes leaving you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. The transition from adolescence to young adulthood can be especially challenging, bringing anxiety, self-doubt, and a sense of instability. I am committed to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals and their families to navigate these emotions. Together, we can explore your challenges, build understanding, and develop the confidence and skills to manage them with greater ease and independence.

Life is full of twists and turns that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted. As a mother and caregiver to my son with Williams Syndrome, I understand the emotional toll of caring for a loved one with disabilities. Balancing this role while raising my children and working as a substitute teacher has deepened my passion for supporting other caregivers.
Therapy offers a judgment-free space to process emotions, navigate burnout, and regain balance. You are more than your struggles—when you're ready, let’s talk.

Strong, connected families are built with care, intention, and support. I work with children and families navigating the real, everyday challenges of growing together. Parenting can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. With four years of experience as a nanny for children ages 0–10, I bring a deep understanding of child development and family life. I offer a warm, welcoming space where kids and caregivers feel accepted, supported, and heard. Every family is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your values and needs. Your care is also supported by a team of licensed therapists, ensuring thoughtful, collaborative support every step of the way.
