My Statement:

Are you finding it challenging to help your child manage intense outbursts or adjust to significant life changes? Or perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by your own stress and worries as a parent? As a marriage and family therapist with experience working with children facing developmental and emotional challenges, I am committed to offering compassionate, personalized support to children as young as 5 as well as their families. 

Experience and Education: 

Christy is a dedicated master's level marriage and family therapist (MFT) intern through Mercer University with a registered behavior technician (RBT) license. She has experience working with children with disabilities, including Autism, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and Down syndrome. Utilizing a Solution-Focused and Experiential approach with the principles of attachment theory, she helps individuals and families connect with their strengths and improve overall well-being. As a mother herself, Christy understands the complexities families face. She works to create a supportive and empathetic environment where every member feels heard and valued. Her goal is to guide families towards meaningful, workable solutions that enhance their quality of life and strengthen their bonds.
