Jade Vest, CMH-I

Let’s work to move from struggle to strength.

My Statement:

Life is filled with experiences that can stir up a wide range of emotions and reactions, often catching us off guard. As you navigate the transition from childhood to young adulthood, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or inadequate. I am dedicated to working with both individuals and their families to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental space. Together, we can explore and understand these emotional challenges, helping you gain confidence to manage them more effectively.

Experience and Education:

Jade is a current master’s level clinical mental health (CMH) intern through Faulkner University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She previously worked as a Social Services Technician at a pediatric psychiatric unit, giving her the opportunity to work closely in the in-patient treatment of children and adolescents diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse. Primarily working under a Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Family Systems approach, Jade aims to help adolescents navigate complex emotions and behaviors, using an evidence-based approach to work toward healthier coping strategies. She holds a great passion for working towards the empowerment of young individuals and their families.
