My Statement:

Life is filled with experiences that can stir up a wide range of feelings and reactions, often catching us off guard. As you navigate the transition from adolescence to young adulthood, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or inadequate. I am dedicated to working with both individuals and their families to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental space to explore these emotions. Together, we can unpack challenges, foster self-awareness, and develop the confidence to navigate them with greater ease and independence.

Experience and Education:

Jade is a master's-level Clinical Mental Health (CMH) intern at Faulkner University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology. She previously worked as a Social Services Technician in a pediatric psychiatric unit, where she provided direct in-patient care to children and adolescents facing anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use challenges. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems approaches, Jade specializes in helping young adults, teens, and adolescents manage complex emotions and behaviors. Through evidence-based techniques, she empowers clients to build healthier coping strategies and a stronger sense of well-being.
